The remaining 55' 1 would like to attach to parcel #37000270141021 to the north which is owned by myself and my wife (James & Dorothy Bruggeman). This would reduce the 3 current lots down to 2. The properties have been surveyed with current and proposed boundaries marked. My variance application is based on these transfers. If the variance is approved I will proceed with the transfers and will have them all complete before applying for the building permit. I want to make sure everything is approved before I make any of the transfers. I would like to construct a new structure with a bonus room above it on the new combined parcel. The parcel has and/or had 4 different structures on it. It had a storage shed on the lake shore with a 12'x24’ dilapidated cabin and a 20' camper attached to the cabin. Those 3 structures have already been removed because they were in very poor condition and had skunks living under them and were infested with bees. The remaining structure is a 12' by 20' storage shed on the north part of the parcel that will be removed when the new garage is complete. This will be a major improvement to the area. The current structures had a storage shed 10' from the shoreline with the cabin and camper 50' from the shoreline and only about 6' off of the property line. The placement of the new structure matches the neighbors home to the south. To the north the closest structures are garages are set closer to the lake than our proposed structure. The proposed lot lines and OHWL setbacks are marked with the tall stakes with pink tape. The proposed new structure is marked with the shorter stakes with green tape.
