Don Brakke - Approved
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 34’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the replacement of an existing storage shed with a 24’ by
24’ garage approximately 4T from the ordinary high water level (water), on the bay side portion of the applicant’s
property, with the condition that any other existing shed or sheds will be no closer to the bay side water than the slab
of the proposed garage and with the condition that the shed on skids must be removed. It should be noted that the
Board of Adjustment is approving the location of the existing slab, which may or may not be 4T from the ordinary high
water level (water). It should also be noted that the granting of this variance would provide the applicant with a
reasonable use of his property. Hardship is a substandard lot of record.
