It was noted that there is adequate room to expand the garage to the north. The variances as^ approved do not directly or indirectly grant any other variances for the proposed development. Frank, Lot 18 Block 1 of Brightwood Shoreline, Dead Lake in Star Lake Township, requested the following: We are proposing to constmct a new dwelling with an attached garage and deck, being 73 feet from the ordinary high water level. The required setback is 200 feet so we are requesting a variance of 127 feet. We are also requesting a 20 foot variance from the road right-of-way. The proposed attached garage will be zero feet to the road right-of-way. Please note that the proposed new dwelling, deck and attached garage are in line with neighboring structures. We are proposing to begin construction in the near future, but are also requesting a variance to place a camper on-site being no closer than 73 feet to the ordinary high water level. The camper will be removed prior to any construction of new structures. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After consideration and discussion. Ward Uggerud made a motion, second by Rick Wilson and unanimously carried, to approve the variances as requested in the revised application packet submitted to the Land and Resource Office on April 8, 2015 and as presented to the Board of Adjustment at the public hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2015. The variances as granted will provide the applicant with a reasonable use of the property.
