I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail
County. I understand I must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any additional variance and/or permits
are required by the township for my proposed project.

Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
approve a 10' variance from the required drain field setback of 20' for the construction of a 20'
by 26' garage. This is a reasonable location for the placement of the garage and there is adequate
room for maintenance of the drain field. Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
