The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After consideration and discussion, Cecil Femling made a motion, second by Michael Conlon and unanimously carried, to approve the proposed development as depicted on the drawing dated October 13, 2005 with the following conditions; 1.) that the existing shed must be place in a location that complies with the setback reflutrejjnents of the gr;dinance, 2. ^evpI^rprentpKJst be placed at least 10’ from the lot line, and 4.) that the e than 25% of the total lot area can be covered withno impervious si^rf^es^^ that the proposed d^eloj>rfient must b^'ay.
