Lloyd Patrick and Marion Martha Milligan - Denied
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by Bob Schwartz to approve a variance of T from the required side lot line
setback of 10’ for the placement of a 26’ by 38’ garage 9’ from the north lot line. David Holmgren, Cecil Femling and
Bob Schwartz voted in favor of this motion and Randall Mann, Steve Schierer and Mark Steuart voted against this
motion. After additional discussion and consideration, motion was made by David Holmgren, second by Steve
Schierer and carried with Cecil Femling and Bob Schwartz voting no, to deny the variance as requested as no
adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown and a reasonable use can be obtained without the granting
of a variance.
