Primers • P«r0us Fil.la, Minnesota i Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to deny the construction of the 16’ by 12’ deck and to deny the constmction of the 21’ by 4‘ fire escape as no adequate hardship had been shown and both of these additions would have been in front of the top of the bluff. After additional discussion and consideration, it was noted that the 12’ by 10’ deck addition to the existing water - oriented accessory structure did not require a variance since its total height would not exceed three feet. After additional discussion, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson to approve an 8’ by 12’ deck to the mobile home for purpose of ingress and egress with the condition that the area under the deck must be stabilized with the same type of nylon netting that is used by road contractors. It was noted that the mobile home was placed in a legal location prior to the changes in the ordinance, that the property is a substandard lot of record and that the majority of the 8’ by 12’ deck would be under three feet in height. This motion failed with John Everts, Craig Anderson and Robert Schwartz voting in favor and with Cecil Femling, Randall Mann and George Walter opposing the motion.
