MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Carl Johnson, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 11' from the required top of bluff setback of 30' for an addition to
an existing structure 19' from the top of the bluff with the following conditions: the
addition will not have a basement, the runoff will be directed towards the rear of the lot
and away from the lake and that pillar construction will be used for the addition.
Hardship being a substandard lot of record. It was also noted that the applicant would be
behind the building line and that the applicant has already done a very good job of
stabilizing the bank.
