Scott and Jamie Stenseth - Approved
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by John Everts and carried with Cecil Femling and Dick Sha voting no,
to allow the second story addition over the existing basement with the condition that before a site permit for the
addition can be issued the existing boat house must be removed with the exception of the slab, which can be covered
with a platform deck. After additional discussion and consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by
George Walter and carried with Cecil Femling and Dick Sha voting no, to grant the applicant the option of removing
the 8’ by 26’ slab on the lakeside of the existing cabin and replacing the slab with a stabilized wooden platform subject
to the assistance, development, evaluation and approval of the applicants’ plan by the Land and Resource
Department.
