Motion
Charles A, Annette L and Douglas Arvidson - Approved the variance as changed at the public hearing with
conditions. (6:57 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, motion was made by Steve Schierer, seconded by Cecil Femling and carried with
Paul Larson voting no, to approve a variance to detached that part of Lot 24 from Government Lot 6 of Section 14 with
the following conditions: 1.) a registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided, 2) no structures can be placed on that
part of Lot 24, Lida View Hills currently owned by Charles A, Annette L and Douglas Arvidson, 3.) this part of Lot 24,
Lida View Hills must be permanently attached to the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter Section 13 of Lida
Township, and 4.) thi^Jnact is not intended topcovide^-lake access for any parcels other than the plat of Lida View
Hills. y
