Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a subdivision,
by metes and bounds description, of a parcel having approximately 37,000 square feet of area from an existing 37
acre parcel with the condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided at the time of recording. It was
noted that the requirement stating that the parcel has adequate space for two o/i^-site septic systems would be waived
due to the current system, which presently services this parcel. Hardship is a standard lot olrecord.
