MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
. Time;
Kotion was made by Randall Wann, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance to subdivide a parcel of less than 5 acres with the provision that a
registered surveyor's drawing must be provided when the property is conveyed. The purpose
of the subdivision is to construct a new road which will provide direct access from the
Tredennick property to a new township road. The granting of the variance will allow for
the abandonment of an easement that crosses the Thompson property.
