Motion
Dale Motschenbacher - Denied
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Rod Boyer to approve the variance as requested noting that the
area requiring the variance does not contain a basement, that the slab is on grade, that adequate area for servicing
the septic tank does exist and the overall plan is an improvement over the previous situation. This motion failed with
John Everts, Cecil Femling, David Holmgren and George Walter voting no. After additional discussion and
consideration, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to deny the
variance as requested as ho adequate hardship had been shown.
