MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve the
construction of a 30’ by 27’ cabin starting 10’ in front of the existing septic tank and extending 27’ toward the lake.
Hardship being a substandard lot of record. It should be noted that less than 25% of the total lot area will be covered
by imperious surfaces after the construction of the cabin.
