Neil and Kathryn Lerfald - Approved as requested with conditions. (6:58 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Paul Larson and unanimously
carried, to approve a variance to subdivide a portion of the applicants’ existing back lot as identified on the registered
surveyor’s drawing dated June 30, 2004 as Parcel A with the following conditions: 1.) Parcel A must be permanently
attached to Lot 11 Block 4, Lida Shores, 2.) the area within Parcel A cannot be used when calculating imperious
surface coverage for Lot 11 Block 4 of Lida Shores, 3.) neither Parcel A or Lot 11 Block 4, Lida Shores can have more
than 25% impervious surface coverage and 4.) Parcel A cannot be used for residential dwelling structures. Hardship
is a substandard lake lot. The Board noted tl
