MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Cecil Femiing, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to deny
the variance as requested as no adequate hardship had been shown. It was noted that the
applicant's lot has sufficient area to provide for the placement of an 8' by 10' storage
shed without the granting of any variances.
