Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling, to approve the variance as requested.
The motion failed with Dan Oehler, John Everts, George Walter and Bert Olson voting no. After
additional consideration, motion was made by Bert Olson, seconded by Dan Oehler and carried with Cecil
Femling voting no, to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship had been shown.
