Passed:A motion by Trites, second by Schwartz to approve the conditional
use application of William True, dated May 2, 1986 on West Battle
Lake, No. 56-239, GD, Sec. 33 of Girard Twp. as presented provided
fill remain lower than road and fill behind high area along lake
for the following reasons: 1) because we approved it initially in
August 1980, and 2)because the DNR and Army Corp. of Engineers issued
no objections at that time, and 3) issued for one year period.
Voting Yes: Lee, Olson, Petterson Ryan, Schwartz and Trites.
Voting No: Femling, Johansen, Lachowitzer.
Passed:A motion by Trites, second by Femling to approve the conditional use
application of Arthur Donaldson, dated May 5, 1986 on Star Lake,
No. 56-385, GD, Sec. 35 of Dora Twp. subject to approval of the DNR.
Voting: All members in favor.
A motion by Trites, second by Schwartz to approve the conditional
use application of Willis Bohlken, dated May 5, 1986 on Otter Tail
Lake, No. 56-242, GD as presented provided no fill be allowed in
the ditch and that the fill at no point exceed the level of the
neighbors lots.

Voting: All members in favor except Johansen.
A motion by Petterson, second by Schwartz to approve the conditional
use application of Steve Savary, dated April 10, 1986 on Pickeral
Lake, No. 56-475, RD, Sec. 11 of Maine Twp. for earthmoving at no
closer than 30 feet on Lot 6 of Oakview Shores and no closer than
45 feet on Lot 7 of Oakview Shores to be done in segments of three (3)
or more; land to be sodded and stabilized immediately after each
segment done; the fill to be used is heavy clay; to follow recommend
ations as set forth by the Soil Conservation Service; and no work
to be started until after July 1, 1986. Bruce Atterberg also spoke
to the Commission.

A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Johansen to approve the cond
itional use application of Robert Arusell, dated April 8, 1986
on Loon Lake, No. 56-523, RD, Sec. 35 of Candor Twp. as presented.

Voting: All members in favor.
