Explain your problem here: -po avoid construction on a hillside facing away
from Loon Lake; & to prevent removal of a number of mature Birch
trees and take advantage of a natural clearing;
I am requesting a variance allowing construction
of a building setback from the shoreline by a distance of eighty (80)
feet rather than one hundred (100) feet.
This will provide a reasonable view of Loon Lakei
prevent unnecessary removal of a number of trees and avoid
excessive excavation into the hillside.
Thank you
