Voting No: Beck and Delzer.
Passed:A motion by Nelson, second by Estes to deny..'the
variance application of Earl Johnson, dated November 5,
1975 on West Battle Lake, No. 56-239, GD, Sec. 31 of
Girard Twp.
Voting: All members in favor except Beck.
