The following variance requests were heard: Robert L. Johnson - Approved/Denied Robert L. Johnson, Verges, MN, requested a variance of 54’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for a two-story addition 54’ from the ordinary high water level, a variance of 5’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ for the placement of a garage 15' from the road right-of-way, a variance of 62’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for a covered porch 38’ from the ordinary high water level and a variance of 50’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for a 6’ high storage addition to an existing cabin 50’ from the ordinary high water level.
