After listening to the various interested parties, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Frank Lachowitzer and carried, to grant approval, hardship being creating two better lots out of three substandard lots. J Larry E. Brasel , Perham, MN, withdrew his request to record a lot of less than 2U acres without going through the subdivision process, in G.L. 3, Section 30, Corliss Townsh i p. Bernard Corcoran, Fargo, ND, requested permission tO plat out less than 2J^ acres without the benefit of platting or surveyor's drawing, in S.L. 3 of G.L. 1 , Section 13, Amor Township.
