(6:42 p.m.) Daniel R and Theresa M Anderson, Lot 21 Block 1 Trowbridge Point, Trowbridge Lake in Candor Township, requested a variance of 15’ from the required top of bluff setback of 30’ and a variance of 40’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a 28’ by 30’ structure 15’ from the top of the bluff and 60’ from the ordinary high water level. Daniel Anderson and Joyce Wagner appeared at the public hearing. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. A letter from the Candor Town Board of Supervisors approving the location of the septic system was read for the record. After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to table, with the verbal agreement of the applicants, this variance hearing to allow the applicants an opportunity to consider other alternatives that perhaps would require less variance from the required setbacks. Scott and Dianne Johnston - Approved the variance as requested. (7:20 p.m.) Scott and Dianne Johnston, Lot 4 Block 4 of the Amended Plat Subdivision of Reserve Lot A, B, C, and D Hagstrom Beach and Lot 34 Haggstrom’s Beach Third Addition, Pickeral Lake in Maine Township, requested a variance of 3’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’ and a variance of 4T from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of gable roof on an existing 12’ by 30’ structure located 7’ from the lot line and 59’ from the ordinary high water level. The audience was polled with Bernie Maczkowicz requesting an opportunity to review the applicants’ drawing. After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Michael Conlon and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 3’ from the required side lot line setback of 10' and a variance of 4T from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a gable roof on a 12’ by 30’ existing structure located 7’ from the lot line and 59’ from the ordinary high water level. The Board noted that the proposed development is maintenance to an existing structure and that the proposed development will not change the foot print of the existing structure.
