Dear Mr. Noreen:
Your application for variance was brought before the Planning CoTtimission.
Because of lack of information about your particular situation they
were unable to make a decision.
Please send us a legal description of your lot, the exact size and dimensions
of your lot, existing buildings, the exact setback that you will be from
the high water mark of the lake with your proposed walk-out basement, and
information about surrounding property.
Enclosed find a grid form on which you can put the proposed setbacks
on a scale drawing of your lot.
Be sure to also include a topographical map of your lot. This is a view
from the side showing the rise and fall of the land from the shoreline to
the back of your lot. The location of your proposed walk-out basement should
be indicated on this sketch along with distances of 50 feet, 100 feet, and
150 feet.
The Planning Commission will meet again on August 2, 1972 at which time
they will look at your variance with this information. Givaithe legal
description, two members of the Commission will come out to inspect your
situation. Send us the information as soon as possible so that we can send
copies of it to these members before they go to look at y^ur lot. They can
then better evaluate your planned intentions of building.
