This is to inform you that at the June 16, 1976 meeting of the
Planning Commission a motion was passed to approve your application
for special use as revised, no trees to be removed and area to be
sodded by September 1, 1976 or sooner. Maximum cut in back of lot
shall not exceed one foot.
This application will be taken to the County Board of Commissioners
for their consideration at their June 22, 1976 meeting.
