Henrietta Kochmann requested a variance to build a garage 10 feet from lot line on Lot 27 of Roinez Beach on Otter Tail Lake, Amor Twp.Eugene Pederson spoke to the Commission and asked for an indefinite stay on va^riance request, to Comission opposing the variance application. The setback which you indicate from the road to the cabin is another reason for the variance. The Shoreland Management Ordinance requires a 40 foot setback from the road right-of-way and not from the traveled surface of the road. If this is the case then the setback distance from the lake is the cause of the variance as your sideyard setbacks do meet the Shoreland Ordinance. Please complete the variance form in the appropriate places and return it to us by June 1, 1979 in order that your application can be considered at the June 21, 1979 meeting of the Board of Adjustment who will determine whether or not the variance will be approved.
