Board of Adjustment Secretary J- - 9c? oDate Dec. 31, 1992•To whom it may concern: In the sTommer of 1991, Mr. Albert Skar requested the town board of Candor Township., Ottertail County to approve the proposed site for a car port . The site was at his residence on Leek Lake. The board did meet with him and found the site to be in full compliance with any and all township regulations. The new structure would not encroach on the Township Cartway easement. At this location the road is a 2 rod cartway. (33') The carport as it is built is approximately 11' to 12' off of the township easement. We viewed the site now and found the structure to be at the site agreed to by the town board. We feel there is no compromise of safety for Mr Skar or the users of this cartway because of this structure. Candor Township Board Chairman
