After consideration, motion was made by Cecil Fern ling, seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried, to approve the variance as requested, as It Is not a water orientated accessory structure, but rather an addition to the existing structure which does not extend out past the present building line. ALBERT SKAR - PARTIAL REFUND OF APPLICATION FEE. The variance request of Albert Skar was tabled from the September 5th, 1991 meeting due to the incompleteness of his variance application. Since It has bean determined that a new variance request Is needed before any action can be taken a motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried to refund to Albert Skar the i 10.00 recording fee that he paid as a part of his variance application fee.
