Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment FERGUS FALLS, MN'
Dear Sirs,
We are writing concerning the variance request of Bryan & Brenda Fredrickson of
Vergas, MN. We would have no problem with the garage being closer to our property
line if our well wasn’t located in that area. We have contacted the MN Health Department
concerning the regulations , Jeff Grugal stated that the garage would be too close to the
well causing problems with run off. We talked to Haden of Antonson Well Drilling
& he also stated that the garage would be too close for the well. So with this information
we feel we must ask for the variance to be denied . A possible solution would be for a
single garage to be built as that could be done according to regulations.
