REFERENCE YOUR LETTER DATED SEPTEMBER 6, 1985 : CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS.
ATTACHED ARE SCALE DRAWINGS AND PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE CABIN I CONSTRUCTED
THIS SUMMER ON LOON LAKE WHICH OUTLINE MV PLANS FOR BACKFILLING AND
LANDSCAPING.
PRIOR TO RECEIPT OF YOUR LETTER, SOME BACKFILLING HAD BEEN ACCOMPLISHED
IN ORDER TO COVER AND PROTECT THE FOUNDATION.
AS YOU CAN SEE, NO SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN THE CONTOUR OF THE LAND IS
REQUIRED ON THE SOUTH AND EAST SIDES OF THE BUILDING. HOWEVER, ON THE
WEST AND NORTH , FILL WILL NEED TO BE BROUGHT IN TO COVER THE FOUNDATION
AND ESTABLISH A SLOPE THAT WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE CONTOUR OF THE
SURROUNDING LAND.
MY INTENT IS TO MINIMIZE THE AMOUNT OF LANDSCAPING AND LEAVE AS MUCH
OF MY PROPER lY UNDISTURBED AS POSSIBLE, WHILE STILL PROVIDING FOR PROPER
DRAINAGE AND FOUNDATION PROTECTION.
PLEASE ADVISE IF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO
COMPLETE THIS PROJECT.
