After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, seconded tDy Michael ' Conlon and unanimously carried to table, with the applicant’s verbal permission, this variance hearing until the August 5, 2004 meeting for additional information concerning alternative locations for the applicants’ proposed septic system and for additional'information from the County Attorney’s office regarding the use of the dedicated road right-of-way. The: Board noted that the variance as approved will provide the applicant with a reasonable of his property and the applicant’s proposed project will be an improvement over the existing structure placement.
