MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by George Walter seconded by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to
subdivide a .29 acre parcel from an existing farmstead for permanent attachment to Lot 3, Elmwood Lane with the
condition that a registered surveyor's drawing must be provide at the time of conveyance and with the understanding
that a residential dwelling cannot be constructed on this .29 acre parcel.
