It is assumed that the road will be of reasonable width and will include appropriate ditches and b§ckslopes. My only requirement is that all useable wood will be removed and all stumps and brush will be disposed of in a neat and orderly fashion. If I can be of any other assistance to you in this matter, plese let me know. nckney James W.Orsund 40 North Kingshighway, Apt. 3J Saint Louis, MO 63108 Recbved JUN 2 3 2006 '‘^N'D&KtSOURCEJune 18, 2008 Mr. George Hausske Inspector Department of Land and Resource Management Government Services Center 540 West Fir Fergus Falls, MN 56537 Dear Mr. Hausske, »y Per the attached letter, I believe it to be incorrect. The issue that was brought to my attention last year was the proximity of an “out house” to a well on my property in Candor Township. That “out house” has since been moved to a distance that I am told puts it in compliance. The situation was corrected without my being there but I did have it verified that the situation had been corrected by a second party. Obviously, I live in St. Louis, Missouri and rarely visit my property. I invite you to visit the property. If it is not in compliance, please feel free to contact me at 800-269-0552 and I’ll try to find someone more reliable to do the job for me. Sinc^ely, Jim Orsund J /. . To date, this matter remains unresolved. Be advised that your septic system must be brought into compliance with the Sanitation Code of Otter Tail Coimty. If you have any problems, please contact me so we may work out a solution to your Sewage System Abatement, otherwise please have this situation taken care of by September 1, 2008. Failure to do the above will cause us to turn this matter over to the Coimty Attorney. Sincerely, George Hausske Inspector
