The property would have 500'bordering US Highway 10,400' bordering a township road and 375’ bordering adjacent agricultural land. The property is described as part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 9 of Newton Township. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve the variance as requested with the condition that a registered surveyor's drawing will be provided at the time of the recording. The parcel is approximately 1.5 acres and should not require any additional variance for use as a building site. The hardship being that the tract is separated from the applicants other property by the roads described above. S; 'i I I f vj Erhardt W. and Janet L. Rosen - Approved Erhardt W. and Janet L. Rosen, Perham, MN, requested a variance that would allow the applicants the right to construct a dwelling on a contiguous substandard lot acquired after the enactment of the February 5th, 1992 ordinance. The property is described as part of Government Lot 3, Section 31 of Corliss Township on Big Pine Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. The property is described as part of Government Lot 4, Section 16 of Candor Township on Leek Lake. The audience was polled with no one speakingfor or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship had been shown and the granting of this variance would create substandard lots.
