Randall Mann^ Chair, polled the audience with Bob and Rose Deutschman providing information about the applicants’ property and other properties in the immediate area. After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 84’ from the required septic system setback of 150' for the installation of a sewage system 66’from the ordinary high water level. The Board noted in their approval that there is no other available site for a system, that the applicants have had three installers review there property and^that independently they have concluded that this is the best location and the Land and Resource Department has agreed with the installers’ recommendation.
