TO INSTALL A NEW SEPTIC SYSTEM NOW, WOULD ONLY REQUIRE ITS REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT WHEN THE NEW DWELLING IS BUILT, THEREFORE DOUBLING THE COST. AS YOU KNOW WHEN CONSTRUCITNG A NEW DWELLING, YOU DO NOT KNOW THE EXACT LOCATION OR ELEVATION AND TO GUESS WOULD CREATE SERIOUS PROBLEMS FOR A SUCCESSFUL SEPTIC SYSTEM. Firstly, we cannot extend Site Permit i^l2278 to accommodate your schedule for constructing a dwelling. In the past we have consistently kept any extension of site permits to less than six months. You would be required to take out another site permit for the construction of your future dwelling. Secondly, according to the provisions of Site Permit #12278, you were in non-compliance when the sewage system was not brought up to code by November 30, 1994.
