cussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson to approve at 73' from lake, 10' from side

and the building would be on a temporary location and if the neighbors on the north
would ever object to the placement, that they can request it be moved to the side
yard setback.The amended motion was seconded by George Walter and carried.
Clifton Weiler, Gwinnner, ND, requested permission to place holding tank 37' from
existing well on Pt. of Reserve b & Reserve C., Amended plat of Subdivision of
Reserve A,B,C, D of Haggstrom's Beach, Maine Township. Motion was made by George
Walter, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to table for lack of information.
Motion was made by Tom Stringer, seconded by Frank Lachowitzer
• and carried, to deny approval of the requests o^f^seph L. Witz
and Norman G. Wheeler, applications having been tabled twice.

Motion was made by Tom Stringer, seconded by John Everts and carried
to table action on the following requests:
Joseph Leon Witzke, Perham, MN, requests permission to sell less than 2^ acres out
of the NE% of Section 19, Butler Township .
Norman G. Wheeler, Dent, MN,requests permission to sell a 9.5 acre resort retaining
approximately Uj acres, in G.L. 7, Section 29, Edna Township.
The request of Barbara Lindberg^Soronen, Fergus Falls, MN to sell
a 2.2 acre parcel without platting or surveyor's drawing in Section 29, Dane Prairie
Township was cancel 1ed.
After all requests were considered, a discussion was held on the
problems involving after-the-fact requests, penalties involved in non-compliance
with the ordinance requirements and possible changes or amendments to the ordinances.
No official action taken..
With no further business, at 10:22 p.m Chairman Walter adjourned• >
the meeting.
