So I called the Butler Township Clerk who happened to be Janice Huwe. She informed me that we did not need a building permit in Butler Township. Sincerely, Kathleen Rosenthal, AR August 8, 2013 P^ge # 2 Guy and Pam Olson - Approved the variance application as requested. In 1992, and though no fault of ours, the law changed increasing the square footage and lot width requirement for non-riparian lots. We are requesting this variance, to allow us to utilize the property for residential use, as it was intended. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to declare Lot 5 Block 1 Fawn Run Estates a buildable lot for residential use.
