Beard of Adjustment - 2 -February 5, 1987
M-N-R Farms, Dalton, MN, requested permissiai to divide a piece of
property, using the Burlington Northern Railroad as a bomdary, on
property in Section 11, Tumuli Tewnship. It was determined that
this particular request need not be heard by the Board of Adjustment
and a reconmendation was made the request be withdrawn and the filing
fee be refunded.

WITHDRAW}
Western Presbyterian Church, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission
to construct a 24' addition to church 65 feet from center of CSAH
#15 in Section 14 of Western Township. After consideration, motion
was made by Victor Petterson to ^^prove as requested, subject to
written approval by the County Engineer. Ihe motion was seconded by
John Everts and carried i:pon the following vote;
Yes - All voting in favor
Bill Bamick, Moorhead, MN, represented by Charles Krekelberg, requeste
permission to allow fourteen canpsites to remain as presently located
on Pocahontas Resort can Dead Lake, Sections 7, 8, 17 & 18, Dead Lake
Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson
to approve the campsites located at least 50' from ordinary hi^ water
mark, provided all secondary business is removed from the property,
and vised strictly as a canpgrovind, on the condition a satisfactory
sewer system is installed, hardship being the campsites should have
been grandfathered in at 21 campsites with pre-ordinance variance
of required square footage per unit. The motion was seconded ly
Marcus Wiechmann and carried upon the following vote;
Yes - All voting in favor
William Kubitz, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to allow a
split, two of over 2.5 acres, one a mininum of 40,000 square feet,
two with 150' lake frontage, one 144' lake frontage, on Lake Lizzie,
Peterson Berry Farm, part of G.L. 5, Section 28, Dunn Township. After
consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to approve, hard
ship being exact position of line v^ich distorted original approval.
'Ihe motion was seconded by Victor Petterson and carried vpon the
following vote;

Gerald L. Smith, Blaine, MN, requested permission to convert a storage
- shed into a second dwelling on Lot 24, Quiet Waters Develqpment, on
Rush Lake in Section 29, Rush Lake Township. After consideration,
motion was made by Craig Anderson to deny, no adequate hardship shown.
The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried upon the following
vote;

Clifford R. and Rctoert Green, Fargo, ND, requested permission to split
one parcel into two parcels, one with 150' lake frontage the other
with 300' lake frontage, each exceeding 20,000 square feet, from G.L.
5, Section 9, Maplewood Tewnship, on Lake Lida. After consideration,
motion was made by John Everts, to approve, hardship being a residual
piece of property meeting all other requirements, buildable sites,
containing road access with no further variances required. The motion
was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried vpon the following vote:
