Minutes Approved - Hearing no corrections or additions the minutes of the Novembers, 2003 meeting was.approved as mailed. The following variance requests were heard: Susan S. Davis and Nancy J. Schultz - Approved as requested with conditions. (6:30 p.m.) Susan S. Davis and Nancy J., Schultz, Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Summer Haven Beach First Addition, Pelican Lake in Scambler Township, requested a variance to have three substandard back lots declared buildable for non-residential development. The applicants are proposing the sale of these three lots to the owners of lake front properties. Rodney Larson represented the applicants at the public hearing.
