MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
approximately 130’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ and a variance of approximately 30’
from the required shore impact zone setback of 100’ for the placement of a mobile home approximately 70’ from the
ordinary high water level with the condition that the existing mobile home must benremoved by August 15, 1997, or the
granted variances will be voided. Hardship is substandard lots of record and the^^^^^e s^pe^^ a^^^t’s lots.
