(6:31 p.m.) After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 128’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the construction of a 225 square foot addition between the garage and house as depicted on the drawing dated August 5, 2005 and to the deny variances as requested in Part B for the screen porch addition. The variance approved for the addition between the garage and house is behind the main portion of the dwelling. The Board noted that the variance as approved does provide the applicant with a reasonable use of her property and a reasonable use can be obtained without the granting; of a side lot line variance. The variance as approved applies only to Lot 3 Block 3 of Pischke and Taylor Addition. Hardship is a substam if record.
