Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 15’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200' for the construction of a 24’ by 28’ storage shed 185’ from the
ordinary high water level. It was noted that this location is the best location for the structure as it will cause the least
amount of erosion and the structure will be the least visible from the lake in this location. Hardship being the terrain and
topography of the applicant’s property.
