Denied as no hardship shown, there are locations on property that are better
suited and although applicant claims ignorance to the fact that such an ordinance did
exist, the feeling is he must have known, based on records on file that notice
was received at various times and discount greatly the claim that any of this was
required at the time he started construction. Granting such a variance would
establish a precedence that would be harmful to the purposes of why this lake
was classified as a natural environment lake.
