Dear Sir:
Enclosed is $40 for a permit to push some dirt, boulders around (2% yards about)
Inorder to be able to drive a vehicle onto the lot. The drive (dirt road) will
be about 10' wide and approximately 800' feet long.
Tom Griep came to look at the property in 1990 and said that we needed to
know the exact location of the surveyor monuments. We have since had to
have the surveyor out again and consequently there are flags hanging from the
branches if your office needs to see the location of the markers.
feel free to check this since it has been expensive to have this re-done----
and the flags may get blown.

The lot is presently inaccessible with an ordinary sedan type car. We would
like to hire a person with a tractor to push some dirt and boulders around so
that we can drive onto the property to the point where the bay is visible which
appears to be a distance of about 800*.

I met Mr. GriepI just started a new clerical job and am not able to attend a meeting,
that you process the request by mail. Thank you in advance,
at the property site and hope that this will be adequate. That was in 1990 and
we were not able to pay for another survey just to locate the monuments at that
time. They are clearly marked now and please feel free to go to the property
and look for the red flags and stakes.____________________________________________
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
