Kip Erickson - Approved the variance as requested with a condition. (8:37 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried,
to declared the portion of the applicant’s property on the southwest side of Spitzer Lake buildable with the condition
that any development must be placed in that portion of the lot which is south of the 80’ east/west line as shown on the
Certificate of Survey Dated August 25, 1986. The Board noted that the variance as approved does not make that
portion of the parcel lying west of Spitzer Lake buildable.
