Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve development with
the following conditions: 1) the development must be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing
structure, 2) the development must comply with all septic systems setbacks, 3) no water-oriented accessory structures
will be permitted on this property in the future and 4) the development must be at least 10’ from the south property
line. Hardship is a substandard lot of record and the terrain features of the applicant’s property.
