MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Jlection was ntade by John Everts, seconded by Leslie Estes and car-
abstaining, to approve a variance of 115’ from the required ordi
setback of £00’ and a variance of 15’ from the required shore imfeact zone setback of 100
for the construction of a 1£’ by 30’ roof 85’ from the ordinary high water level. It was
noted that the granting of the variance will not establish a precedence, the roof will be
no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure, the roof addition
will not obstruct vision and a string line is not applicable for this property. Hardship
being the peninsula shape of the applicant’s property.
