Ronald D. Sumstad - Approved as requested
Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
80’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for an 18’ by 22’ addition 120’ from the ordinary high
water level noting that the proposed addition is behind the applicant’s existing dwelling, is not view obstructing, is
across the road from the lake and is consistent with past action of the Board of Adjustment. Hardship is an
existing pre-ordinance dwelling within the 200’ setback area.
