Motion: A motion by Boyer, second by Maske to approve as presented, with the
expectation that the structures built onsite are compatible with the terrain. Voting: All

Holly Beattie - Approved With A Condition:
A Conditional Use Permit Application as stated by the Applicant: I would like to use 1 room
in my home to do permanent make-up. I am presently licensed, certified & insured in
Texas. I called the Department of Health at the County level & State Level & it has no
regulations in the State of Minn. I would have probably 10 appointments or less at week
because I schedule 2 14 - 3 hours a session. I will be doing this on a part-time basis in the
summer thru Oct. to supplement my social security I will start receiving in Nov. as I am a
widow. Parking, traffic, lighting, noise will not be a problem as the most patrons in a day
would prob be 2 & I live by myself with children out west. I will be sending letters from my
neighbors. The property is described as Lot 4 BIk 4, Crystal-Lida Beach, Section 10 of
Lida Township: Crystal Lake (56-749), RD.
